direct sales techniques, and delivering outstanding customer
experiences, ensuring expertise in consumer engagement. This
program develops communication, problem-solving, and leadership
skills through mentorship and real-world experience, preparing
participants for careers in sales, customer support, and
leadership. Essential Functions of the AT&T Trainee:
Participate actively in a comprehensive training program designed
to build foundational knowledge of AT&T residential products,
services, and promotions. Engage directly with residential
customers in Fort Lauderdale to introduce AT&T services,
understand their needs, and effectively communicate value
propositions. Learn and apply direct sales and marketing techniques
to connect customers with the most suitable AT&T home internet,
TV, and voice solutions. Assist customers with basic inquiries and
troubleshooting related to AT&T services, escalating complex
issues to appropriate support teams. Develop strong communication
and interpersonal skills through daily customer interactions and
team collaboration. Maintain accurate records of customer
engagements and basic sales information using provided systems and
tools. Receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship from experienced
team members and leaders to continuously refine skills and
accelerate professional development. Contribute to team goals by
actively learning, applying new techniques, and striving for high
performance in initial training phases. Adhere to all company
policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines in all
customer and team interactions. Showcase a strong student mentality
