This role requires expertise in facilitating clear and effective communication between hearing-impaired students and educators through virtual platforms. The position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and is structured as a 1099 contract. Key responsibilities include: Providing high-quality sign language interpretation for telehealth sessions, ensuring accurate transmission of information. Collaborating with educational staff to support students' communication needs in a virtual learning environment. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism during all assignments. Adapting interpretation techniques to suit diverse student needs and educational content.
