Position Title: HVAC Sheetmetal/ Fiberglass Field Foreman Company Name: Holiday Mechanical AC Services LLC Pay Range: $30–$38 per hour, plus performance bonuses Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Fort Myers, FL Industry: HVAC / Mechanical (Residential, Commercial) Job Overview Holiday Mechanical AC Services LLC is seeking experienced HVAC Sheetmetal/ Fiberglass Field Foreman to oversee on-site HVAC installation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of sheet metal, duct board systems, and HVAC components. You’ll be responsible for directing crews, maintaining project schedules, coordinating trades, and ensuring top-quality work that meets mechanical codes. Learn more at www.holidaymechanicalac.com Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC field projects from mobilization through completion Order materials and equipment, and interpret submittals and plans Perform layout and installation for sheet metal and duct board systems Install RTUs, AHUs, gravity vents, fans, hoods, louvers, and roof curbs Ensure all work complies with current mechanical and fire codes Coordinate with other trades and participate in subcontractor meetings Hold crew accountable to quality standards, safety, and timelines Monitor job budgets and critical paths in collaboration with Project Manager Support and mentor field crew to develop top-tier tradespeople Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC sheet metal/duct board experience Proven ability to lead and manage field crews Strong knowledge of mechanical codes and HVAC components Skilled in reading plans, taking measurements, and cutting layouts Must be comfortable participating in jobsite meetings and trade coordination Proficient in interpreting submittals and managing on-site materials High school diploma or GED required Required Certifications: OSHA 30 Forklift & Material Lift Certification Crane Signal Certification (preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 90 days Paid Holidays and Sick Leave after 90 days Vacation after 1 year Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Company Vehicle position specific and based on vehicle safety history Uniforms Provided Company tablet provided Tool Replacement Program (role specific) Performance Bonuses Company Events and Rewards Travel per diem for out-of-town projects (job specific) Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday Overtime as required Location On-site in Florida (exact project locations vary by assignment) Travel may be required depending on project needs Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
