Job Description:

Job Summary:Reports to the CCO. Primary role will be the interface between GMMI and its customers and is responsible for sales management, sales acquisition and client retention. This position drives sales researches, markets and contracts new clients with the support of the designated Account Management Team. -Works on implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to continuously improve GMMI's service quality, and work with all management levels across the organization.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Builds and maintains a high performance team through effective performance management, communication and coaching of staffCreates and maintains budget (revenue & expense accountability)Drives team best practices for account/territory growth management including lead and opportunity tracking, report generation, logging customer contact, and scheduling tasks to meet GMMI's annual sales goals via Mead Dynamics CRMActively participates in setting team/market performance goals and expectationsActs as a mentor to Account Management team and is a strong role model for the corporate values and principles of the organizationEstablishes a renewal strategy for key accounts and ensures it is communicated to all internal and external parties - - - - - - - - -Develops an annual territory business plan that can exceed retention targets and growth and drives sales results through prospecting and pipeline management - - - - - - - - -Generates new sales leads through research, cold calls, building and developing senior level client contacts, and strategic partnerships - - - - - - - - -Negotiates pricing and contract terms and closes businessProactively challenges the client and Account Management team to think strategically about solutions for their business challenges that result in additional product and servicesObtains knowledge of competitor's services/products and counters with enhanced products, processes or expert adviceWorks in close cooperation with CCO, and other assigned staff (senior and non-senior management) to analyze business opportunities worldwide and makes recommendations for penetration into new/existing marketsPrepares renewal proposals and RFPsResponsible for implementation and full on-boarding of -new client set-up ranging from client entry into system platform, completion of client procedures, training of staff, set-up of financial requirements, to full management of new client until client has matured for transfer to Account Manager - - - - - - - - -Responsible for maintaining knowledge about assigned AM accounts and ensuring that client information is accurate across CompanyTravels as needed to visit clients, attends industry events and solicits new potential clientsPerforms other responsibilities and assignments as instructed by ManagementParticipates in the creation of customized marketing material/presentations for clientsPresents with confidence in front of client and/or large audienceRequired / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills: - - - - - - -Five years or more of proven sales and/or account management experience in products and services required; either within GMMI or in an equivalent position within the industryMinimum of three years of sales team management experience requiredProven client management and client advocacy experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to present GMMI in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Expected to treat clients and staff with outmost respectExcellent public speaking and presentation skills including discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers requiredAdvanced PC skills, including Document and File Management, Spreadsheet, Presentation and Contact Management applicationsStrong business acumen, with the ability to define the problem statement, pinpoint the current position, collect the relevant data, establish actual facts, and draw the right conclusionsKnowledge in Managed Care trends in the market placeEducation or prior experience in healthcare, assistance and insurance fieldAbility to work under deadline/pressure to complete complex requests in a timely mannerFully proficient in Mead Dynamics CRMStrong international background and research skillsAbility to understand pricing, negotiate and close sales effectivelyEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management and/or Organizational Development or equivalentPhysical Working Environment: -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit for long periods of time; use of hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; finger dexterity; talk; hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
