• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project documentation, project progress, and adapting work as required.
• Conducting risk assessments and managing issues as they arise.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget.
• Ensuring compliance with international and local regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards.Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in the healthcare/life sciences construction industry.
  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, AHCA, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, Hospital Construction, Ground-up Construction.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies, including life sciences and clean room knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
