Job Description:

Job Summary: As a key member of the HR US team, this role will own all matters relating to the HRIS and Payroll platforms and processes across the US (currently 4 business units with an employee population of 700). Responsible for data integrity and control of US HRIS (ADP) system and payroll administration for multiple business units in the US.--Responsible for building and maintaining HRIS and payroll processes/administration guidelines and policies.--This position will oversee the preparation of payroll related reports and ensure that tax payments are made in a timely manner. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: -- Manage multi-cycle payrolls in order to ensure that the payrolls will be processed accurately and efficiently-- Collaborate with vendors, Accounting, HR and other functions to ensure a successful transition of the payroll systems and the migration to common work processes-- Responsible for migration of business units into ADP workforce now HRIS platform-- Ensure accurate payroll records by means of computer-generated reports and internal balancing/auditing procedures to reduce the possibility of company liability-- Work closely with Finance group in their posting of journal entries and general ledgers for accuracy-- Ensure accurate and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax returns-- Assist in preparation of corporate budgets and annual estimates for salaries and payroll taxes-- Verify the labor dollars, company paid taxes and insurances to ensure accurate financial statement reporting of payroll data-- Maintain updated knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing payroll; interprets impact of changes and implements to ensure compliance-- Approve minor system enhancements, adjustments and the installation of upgrades to the automated time reporting, labor distribution and payroll systems-- Suggest changes in operating procedures regarding workflow and scheduling to meet productivity and quality standards-- Make adjustments to process schedule to accommodate holidays-- Provide information requested by internal and external customers-- Mergers & Acquisitions project lead on all matters HRIS and payroll; due diligence-- Provide/produce monthly recap reports-- Assist local offices with issues arising from time and attendance and payroll-- Perform other payroll-related projects/duties as assigned Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:--------------8+ years experience working with and managing multi-location payroll administration----Must have knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll tax laws and regulations as well as reporting requirements; international is a plus----Experience implementing / converting payroll processes----Must have ADP implementation experience / considered a systems expert with ADP (inluding benefits module, ATS, payroll, Timekeeper...)----Service delivery experience is a big plus----Exceptional time management skills ----Advanced project management skills to lead multiple simultaneous projects----Superior written and verbal communication skills----Experience in HRIS/HRIT management for integrated systems----Possess a strong knowledge of Benefits and Savings Plan administration----Demonstrate Change Management to improve process efficiency----Must have experience working with an HR team across geographies and the ability to establish and manage systems implementation project plans--Education/Certifications: ----Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Physical Working Environment:--The position works in a climate controlled office environment and requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
