Job Responsibilities:Testing Concrete and soil samples from the fieldEnsure that all test equipment used is functioning properly, maintained, and calibrated Ensure that project testing requirements are met and compliant with project specificationsTurn in paperwork every day attached to work orderAssist in typing of reports as neededCommunicate with various field personnel and colleaguesOther duties may be assignedRequired Qualifications:Ability to lift 35+ lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be at least 18 years old for entry onto job sitesAbility to read and write, ability to use a computer Valid Driver's LicensePreferred Qualifications:Aggregate Base Testing Technician CertificationsConcrete Cylinder Testing Technician CertificationConcrete Strength Testing Technician CertificationLBR CertificationFDOT Asphalt Plant Technician CertificationValid Driver's License with an acceptable driving recordWho We Are: UES provides essential engineering services for some of the most prominent and significant projects in the nation.
