• No 1099 Tax Filing-W2 makes a difference! You are an employee of NurseCoreAbout the Role - Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, in-home pediatric case caring for a 16-year-old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator.Responsibilities -
  • Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
  • Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
  • Monitor and document the patient's health status
  • Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care
  • Fall Precaution monitoring Qualifications -
    • LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida)
    • Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
    • Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
    • In compliance with state and Federal regulations
    • CPR
    • Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
    • TB test showing a negative resultRequired SkillsActive LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida)
      • Experience required with:
      • Tracheostomy care
      • Ventilator management
