Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pharmacy Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mail-order pharmacy. This role involves managing dispensing, staff, inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance while leveraging automation technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure quality patient care and contribute to the strategic growth of the pharmacy. Responsibilities Oversee daily dispensing operations and manage pharmacy staff. Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Manage a team of 5 pharmacists responsible for dispensing and clinical programs. Participate in the accreditation process and handle all quality reporting. Utilize root cause analysis to improve pharmacy operations. Lead and develop pharmacy operations and personnel. Oversee pharmacy quality reports and accreditations. Manage filling, labelling, insurance processes, order entry, and 340B compliance in long-term care. Essential Skills Proven experience in pharmacy management and leadership. Strong customer service skills. Experience in clinical pharmacy operations. Ability to conduct root cause analysis. Experience with pharmacy quality reporting and accreditation processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications 340B Pharmacy compliance expertise. Proficiency in data analytical analysis. Ability to leverage data to develop strategies and improve efficiencies. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Myers, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $160000.00/yr. 12 paid Holidays, 2 weeks of PTO, Bonus structure based on company goals, Half day Fridays, 5% 401k match Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Fort Myers,FL.
