Schedule / Hours 12-hour day shifts Friday: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM Call required: approximately 4 times per month with varied options including evening or overnight shifts Qualifications / Desired Experience Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience Pediatric experience required Current BLS certification; CNOR preferred Proficiency with Epic EMR system Travel nursing experience highly preferred Degree accreditation must be on profile or candidate must have 5 years of experience Must reside within 50 miles of your permanent address Ability and willingness to float to sister campuses as needed Responsibilities / Duties Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to adult and pediatric patients across a variety of surgical specialties Collaborate closely with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimum outcomes Respond effectively to call schedules and assist with backup call coverage as required Adhere to facility policies and contribute positively to the organizational culture, functioning fully as core staff This travel contract role requires thorough documentation and timely submissions for consideration.
