businesses forward. In this exciting role, you will be at the
forefront of introducing Lumen’s innovative products and services
to potential clients. Your primary focus will be to maximize sales
by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within Lumen's
accounts, specifically in high-growth areas. The Telecommunications
Sales Representative will use technical acumen and sales skills to
drive digital transformation and expertly position the right
solutions to meet customer demands. The Telecommunications Sales
Representative’s Core Functions: Articulate the advantages of
Lumen's service offerings to customers. Collaborate with partners
to secure internet business. Liaise with the Telecommunications
Sales Representative team for support. Maintain meticulous records
in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle. Proactively generate new
business opportunities through various methods (calls, visits,
networking, leads, proposals, appointments). Cultivate strong
customer relationships to ensure retention and revenue growth.
Continuously update expertise in emerging technologies and Lumen's
products. Create and implement account plans and strategies to
acquire new business from both existing and potential clients.
Submit precise weekly sales forecasts to meet or surpass
targets.
