Job Description:

Job Summary:Reporting to the CHRO, NA, this role is responsible for the overall development, delivery, and analysis of US-wide compensation and benefit programs based on business objectives, cost effectiveness, and competitive practices.--Will serve as the company's primary resource for information, problem solving, and communication in all areas pertaining to compensation and benefits and for ensuring these programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.--Principal Duties and Responsibilities: ----Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefit/retirement programs that are fair, equitable, competitive, and align with the company's strategy and business goals----Lead the design, development and implementation of a US compensation structure.--Maintain the company's compensation and job structure to ensure parity of positions and pay----Manage merit and incentive/bonus planning processes to ensure managers make sound compensation decisions and total spend stays within budget. Prepare and distribute employee communications ----Participate, evaluate, and analyze market salary survey data to ensure salaries and pay ranges remain competitive and bonus targets are set appropriately by grade level ----Design new incentive programs as required ----Manage overall Health & Welfare programs (drive benefit program renewals, escalation point for benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of benefit plans and policies with the objective of balancing employee needs with cost effectiveness, execution and communication of annual open enrollment, etc.)----Introduce and promote employee wellness programs (i.e., health screenings, EAP, health fairs, flu clinics etc.)----Ensure 401k and H&W plans are compliant with various federal regulations (i.e., ERISA, FMLA, ACA, FLSA). Maintain SPDs, SOBs and insurance contracts and ensure legally required communications are delivered to plan participants. Distribute required notices and disclosures in a timely manner. Coordinate with brokers to review, approve and file company's 5500s and financial statements. Conduct internal audits to ensure plans are administered correctly and to avoid IRS penalties for non-compliance. Responsible for non-discrimination testing and compliance----Schedule and drive annual manager/employee training on H&W plan enrollments as well as merit and incentive planning as needed ----Member of the company's Investment Committee.--Serves as committee secretary and fiduciary to ensure the Plan's investment funds meet stringent performance criteria and that the overall Plan is meeting the company's objectives ----Partner with Regional HR Business Partners to communicate new programs and changes to existing programs to managers and employees----Supervise benefits/comp specialists----Performs other related duties as requiredRequired / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:--------------10+ years' progressive experience in HR with a focus on compensation and benefits in a multi-state, .matrixed company----Experience in compensation planning, administration, salary surveys, policy development, and program design----Strong commitment to problem resolution, confidentiality, and team----Proven experience managing change----Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively work, communicate, and collaborate within a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed organization----Excellent project management skills----Excellent analytical skills----Advanced Excel skills----Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus--Education/Certifications:----Bachelor's degree requiredPhysical Working Environment:------The position works in a climate controlled office environment and requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time. ----May require occasional travel during benefits enrollment periodsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.--They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of employees so classified.--Europ Assistance is an Equal Opportunity Employer--M/F/Disability/Veteran
