Job Description:

Universal Contracting serves all of Florida, specializing in roofing replacements, maintenance, and all your roof service needs. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Scheduling is a very important function within our organization. We need someone with the ability to solve scheduling issues and put our crews in the field at the right place and right time. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction, and operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities: Oversees project supervisors. Reviews project hand-offs for completeness Set up job folders, create job files in Acculynx, including a budget, purchase orders for materials, scheduling, etc. Build out scheduling activities for materials, crews, and inspections Coordinates material deliveries, inspections, crew dispatch, payroll, AR, etc. based on schedule Coordinates schedule daily with superintendents Coordinates schedule as needed with customers Communicates throughout the day to ensure that service crews have completed scopes of work Uploads photos, dispatch sheets, and all notes into Acculynx for all dispatches and bills clients accordingly Communicates verbally with the Project manager or superintendent to ensure that work was performed to Company expectations Issues invoices based on contract terms and schedule completions of billable tasks Creates dispatch labor sheets to give to crews with scope, map, size of the job, pay for the job, and special instructions Confirms with crews daily men who were on the job, work completed, and hours worked and any issues or shortages Other duties as assigned; fleet management, occasional warehouse coordination Requirements: Proven field support experience or experience as a scheduler preferred Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with scheduling systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook applications is preferred. High school diploma Bi-lingual Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
