Title: Director, Inside SalesLocation: Pembroke Pines, FLReports to: CEOConvert IT Marketing LLC (CIT) is a high-growth, performance-based digital marketing company. Founded in 2011, CIT provides Search Engine Marketing solutions for consumer-facing law firms nationwide. CIT's unique and proprietary strategies deliver superior performance to its 800+ customers in terms of cost and quality of leads, placing it in the top 1% of all digital marketers serving the legal vertical.CIT is a fast-growing and profitable company in a massive market. It also has a proven, professional, B2B inside sales model that is highly efficient. CIT was recently acquired by Abbey Road Capital (ARC), an Atlanta-based private equity firm. ARC was founded by former senior executives of Fleetcor (NYSE: FLT) who helped drive transformation of that business from $40 million to over $2 billion in revenue. The ARC vision for CIT is to accelerate its growth through major new investments in the inside sales channel. In parallel, ARC is actively looking to acquire additional digital marketing companies to combine with CIT to build a $100mm+ business.ARC / CIT are looking to hire an ambitious sales leader with a proven track record of success who is ready to step-up to the next level. We are looking for someone who can immediately drive high performance with the current inside sales team of 15 and at the same time lay the groundwork to scale the team to 30-45 reps over the next few years. The Sales Director will be responsible for bringing together the right people, processes, and technology to make the sales channel growth plan successful. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to grow their own skill-set and play an integral role in growing a big and successful company.Specific Responsibilities:Driving Performance--- managing teams of Fronters (Appointment Setters) & Closers to achieve monthly sales objectives in a largely cold-calling, new client acquisition environment. Including:Recruiting Top Talent: designing and executing a sourcing and selection strategy to bring the best possible sales talent into the organization.Training & Development: executing a process to quickly and effectively onboard new sales reps and ensure continued development of the entire team.Coaching & Performance Management: through 1-on-1 coaching ensure high individual performance; effectively manage both high performers and underperformers.Sales Strategy Execution: design and continually enhance day-to-day playbooks for Fronters and Closers to maximize sales efficiencyPerformance Reporting: design and utilize quantitative reporting and analysis to identify gaps & opportunities and report out performance to CIT leadership.Lead by Example: step in wherever necessary (e.g. running demos and closing deals) to show the team how it is done and ensure the team "hits the target."Building a Winning Culture--- bring energy, excitement and "We Win!" culture to the team. Create a team with high loyalty and an excitement to come to work each day.Scaling the Sales OrganizationTalent & Organization Design: grow organizational talent and design management roles that will enable scaling overall team to 30-45 associates.Scalable Processes: ensure sales and team processes are scalable to ensure continued high performance at much larger scaleContinuous Innovation: identify process, technology, and strategy opportunities to improve overall sales performance. Lead organizational innovation to support the needs of rapidly growing team.Ideal Candidate2+ years of experience in sales management with evidence of continued career progressionExperience and success in outbound cold-calling sales environmentProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated ability to function and drive change in a small, entrepreneurial organizationWillingness to get in the trenches to coach and develop team membersSelf-starter, drives results, motivated, creative and resourcefulOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to produce accurate reporting (in Excel, or other) and analyze and draw conclusions from performance reportingExperience designing and utilizing sales/CRM softwareBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus
