Job Description:
As a Commercial Account Executive - Security at Johnson
Controls, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of our security
solutions portfolio. This role focuses on the sale of innovative
security products and services, including but not limited to
surveillance systems, access control, and integrated security
solutions. You'll work closely with businesses to design security
systems that not only meet their safety needs but also enhance
efficiency and sustainability in line with our mission of
transforming environments through smart building technology.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for
security products and services. Build and maintain strong,
long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to develop
tailored proposals and solutions. Collaborate with the product and
engineering teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Keep
abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive developments,
and regulatory issues. Attend industry events, conferences, and
seminars to network and promote our products. Proven sales
experience in the security and law enforcement sector. Strong
understanding of security systems technologies, including access
control and surveillance systems. Excellent negotiation and
consultative sales skills. Ability to deliver engaging
presentations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is preferred. Sales or
security industry-specific certifications are advantageous.
