Job Description Job Description Position: Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative Location: Bradenton, FL (On-site) Industry: Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Position Overview A growing industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to support both sales operations and internal customer communication. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, engineering, and operations, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and a smooth experience throughout the sales and support process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing sales support with customer service, thrives in a technical environment, and takes pride in being reliable, organized, and responsive. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to sales, pricing, lead times, and general product information Support inside sales activities including lead qualification, quote preparation, and follow-up Act as an internal point of contact for customer questions, coordinating with engineering, service, and operations teams Assist outside sales representatives by preparing documentation, tracking opportunities, and maintaining CRM records Support order processing, status updates, and customer communications from order through delivery Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on open items Develop a working knowledge of the company’s equipment, applications, and customer use cases Qualifications 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related customer-facing role Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical products preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in CRM systems and standard business software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable, growth-oriented manufacturing environment Long-term career development opportunities Professional, collaborative team culture On-site role based in Bradenton, Florida - Close to the Tampa area.
