Job Description Job Description Customer Service / Segmentation Specialist II Shift: Second Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Position Overview We are seeking two highly motivated Customer Service / Segmentation Specialist II professionals to support anticipated growth and workforce needs at an onsite operations location in Weston. This is a second-shift, onsite role requiring strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and consistency. In this role, you will function as a senior-level producer of pre-operative plans, contributing directly to departmental production targets. Demand continues to grow, and while overtime is infrequent, extended workweeks (55 hours) may occasionally be required. This is not a remote position. Core Shift Hours 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Overtime may be required based on business needs Key Responsibilities Create and manage cases using a proprietary case management system Review CT scans to ensure conformity with established surgical protocols Segment CT scans using specialized software to create accurate 3D anatomical bone models Develop pre-operative surgical plans using digital bone models for robotically assisted total hip and knee replacement procedures Review CT segmentations and surgical plans for: Anatomical landmark accuracy Implant sizing and positioning Upload completed pre-operative plans to field-based personnel Accurately document all activities in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures Follow detailed work instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality output Meet individual, team, and departmental production and quality targets Required Qualifications Proficiency in English (reading and speaking) High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum of 2 years of work experience, or equivalent education Associate’s degree or higher may be considered in lieu of experience Ability to work onsite during second - shift hours •Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with SharePoint and/or Materialise MIMICS Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (plus) Certification or professional experience in: Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) Nursing or a related clinical field Completion of a college-level anatomy course Demonstrated customer service orientation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
