Job Description:

knowledgeable. As a Full Time Customer Support Representative,
you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting
them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our
sale. We’re looking for a customer-focused Entry-Level Customer
Support Specialist with strong communication skills, a passion for
service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Customer
Support Specialist Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries
through in person communication promptly and professionally
Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing sale solutions or
directing customers to appropriate departments as needed Maintain
detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update
account information Collaborate with sales team members to improve
customer experience and share best practices Assist with customer
concerns and work to find resolutions Support team and provide
information about our products and services to new customers
